Using this website

These terms apply to evolutionhomebuilders.com, operated by Evolution Homebuilders, 1104 W Cherokee St, Lindsay, OK 73052 (“Evolution,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website is general information to help you explore building a home. Nothing on it is a contract, bid, or offer to build. A construction agreement exists only when you and Evolution sign a written contract for your specific project.

Designs, renderings & images

Home designs on this website are shown with architectural renderings, floor plans, and inspiration images. They illustrate design ideas; they are not photographs of completed customer homes unless clearly labeled. Finishes, materials, dimensions, and details vary by project and can change.

Plans, renderings, text, logos, and images on this website belong to Evolution or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own home planning. You may not copy, sell, or build from the plans or images without Evolution’s written permission.

Pricing & estimates

“Starting at $150/sq ft” (on-site homes), “Starting at $135/sq ft” (Custom RTM Homes) and any total shown on a design page or collection card are estimates for comparison only. They are not quotes. Your actual price depends on the design, square footage, selections, your property, site preparation, foundation, utilities, delivery (for Custom RTM Homes), permits, and other scope confirmed for your project. Final pricing appears only in a written proposal or contract.

Financing & payment estimates

Evolution is a home builder, not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial advisor. Evolution does not make loans, arrange or guarantee financing, or make credit decisions. Any monthly payment calculator or payment figure on this website is an illustration based on the numbers entered. It is not a loan offer, pre-qualification, approval, or rate quote, and it does not include taxes, insurance, fees, or every loan cost.

Any financing is between you and the lender you choose, on that lender’s terms. If we mention a lender, it is for convenience only; Evolution is not responsible for the lender’s decisions, terms, or services. Talk with a licensed lender before relying on any payment figure.

Appointments

A Home Vision Call is a free, no-obligation phone conversation of about 20 minutes. A Design Appointment is about 2 hours in person at our Lindsay office. Booking an appointment does not commit you or Evolution to a project, price, or schedule. Appointment times are shown in Central time. We may need to reschedule; we will contact you if that happens. Please give accurate contact details and answers. We may decline or cancel requests that appear to be false, duplicate, or automated.

Calls, texts & AI-assisted communication

When you book an appointment or ask us to contact you, you agree that Evolution and service providers working for us may call and text the phone number you give us about your appointment and your project. This includes confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and follow-up questions. These calls and texts may be sent using automated technology, and some may use an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant or an AI-generated voice instead of a person. You can ask to speak with a team member at any time.

Calls and AI conversations may be recorded and transcribed so we can keep accurate notes about your project. We send marketing or promotional calls and texts only if you separately agree to receive them, and agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by calling (580) 235-2078 or emailing info@evolutionhomebuilders.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Advertising, Meta & measurement

Evolution advertises on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and may advertise elsewhere. This website uses the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure visits from our ads and to learn which ads lead to booked appointments. When you confirm an appointment, we tell Meta a booking happened, with your contact details in hashed (scrambled) form. Our Privacy notice explains what is shared and how to manage it. Ads may show renderings and starting prices; the pricing and design terms above apply to them too.

Third-party services

We use outside services to run the website and appointments, including GoHighLevel (CRM, calendars, calls, and texts), Google Calendar, Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), and Meta (advertising). Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limits of liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. Specifications, availability, and prices can change without notice. To the extent allowed by law, Evolution is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or relying on its estimates. Any warranty for your home is only what your written construction contract states.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
