Cost and timing

Custom RTM Homes start at $135 per square foot (homes built on your property start at $150). Your final price and scope depend on your specific home, selections, and project. Discuss delivery, site work, foundations, utilities, approvals, and any other project requirements individually. The schedule depends on the design, construction, delivery planning, and readiness of the site.
